QUESTIONS REGARDING FEEDBACK

1) What regions can make free calls to the Call-Centre?

Calls are free from any part of Kazakhstan from both, mobile and landline phones.

2) I can’t reach the Call-Centre

Make sure you are calling on 8 800 080 15 20.

Because the other number - 8 700 080 15 20 receives WhatsApp messages only.

 

3) What are the work hours of the Call-Centre?

Call-Centre work hours are between 9 am – 8 pm, 5 days a week.

5) How to make a complaint?

You can make a complaint by

-calling on 8 800 080 15 20;

-messaging on our WhatsApp number 8 700 080 15 20;

-sending an e-mail to help@zhasproject.kz;

-filling in the feedback form on the website www.zhasproject.kz;

-via the personal account of the participant;

6) How soon shall my requests and complaints be addressed?

It depends on the character of your request. The feedback normally varies from 60 seconds and up to 30 days. Complaints are addressed by a special Committee, which demands additional timing.
