Mentorship – is an important part of the Youth Corps Development Project implementation.
Mentor – is a person, who voluntarily shares his experience, is ready to help other person in gaining his/her professional and personal goals, avoiding to interfere explicitly in the person’s life sustaining activities, and without trying to change his personality.
Mentors shall complete trainings on life skills and project management, facilitation skills and skills of work with the youth groups as well as mentoring skills.
Mentors deliver trainings for beneficiaries at the start and in the end of the training program, and meet the young people monthly during the project implementation. Each mentor is provided with a personal account on the Project website to keep the online-records of meetings with participants. Mentors’ each meeting is fee based.
